If you use the standard method of sending email from PHP, it will send from email@example.com, some servers will accept this as it is a valid domain but some may reject it.
Ideally, you should send email via SMTP rather than the default PHPMail.
To do this in Wordpress you will need to install a plug-in, we recommend Postman SMTP as it is easy to configure.
You will be able to create an SMTP account from your CPanel login and use that account to configure Postman SMTP. The SMTP Server to use will be localhost.
If you need any help with this, please log a support ticket.
